    40 breeder-20 long frag-10 long fuge

    if it were me, I'd build a fuge/sump above the DT, so its gravity fed back to the DT, If possible. If not looks like a decent plan;)

    +1, a flame seems to thrive when it can hunt and peck around a lot of rock work so it can eat naturally, so to speak. A 30 will be rough to allow...

    How long for new sponge to be ready to cycle new tank?

    If you do it like grim guy said, there's no need for the sponges, just add your livestock slowly at least a week in between, and you're fine.
