    generally No, ya want more of an indirect flow, if ya aim your power heads right, it will create a indirect wavelike motion in the tank.

    It is the man made, from LFS, "reef safe" lava rock. Every piece looked exactly the same, I keep flip flopping on it. I think I'm just gonna slowly...
