remember the motto stem. take it slow and easy when stocking your tank. dont rush things too much, will just cause problems in the longer run
they do better in an established tank. also where you start them doesnt mean they will stay. they move til they find a spot they like

ive got 2 and a blood shrimp. the 2 cleaners are always side by side.
did you just recently add him to the tank? if so, could be a bit of stress and it may just clear up on its own.
