keep in mind anemones don't pick the most ideal spot in the tank ... how can they? they haven't tested every conceivable spot to compare against....
Thanks screw tape. I'm just looking for a more mobile one that I can test my tap water with. I've gotten real curious as to what my tap reads.
I never test my freshwater either. I test my saltwater weekly.
Checked out my LFS. These are the two fish I think I will get today. Red Lipped Blenny (it's kind of big) and a smallish Flame Angel.

IMO, test strips are equivalent to guessing. You want the liquid tests for sure. They're harder, but they're correct.
You will also tend to lose salt (slow but steady) the more you have your hands in there... the salt sticks to you. Or when acclimating something.
