your pulling 216 watts with your t5 bulbs... so if you go with 150w halide it will be cheaper... if you go with 250w halide it will be only a few...
well most conchs will stir it... some starfish and some shrimp will stir it also

it may be possible to try some starfish or possibly a type of conch... they will not clean 100% but will help a great deal in reducing detrus
you can put a lot of things in there! cucumbers, starfish, crabs, shrimp, hermits, snails, conchs, macro algae, mangroves, urchins, and certain types...
