    at first i thought it was only in the HUB robinson center (where the tank is) that i caused the black out... but then in my next class, I heard two...

    I was at the tank on campus today and the aquacontroller had the wrong time so i fixed the time... now I dont know if this was just a perfectly timed...

    if its an acropora it could have been been cut from the base of a purple tip acro... the purple tips will develop as the branches get longer

    is this plenty of light for 60 gallon?

    That lighting is very weak... From what you are describing it sounds like power compacts. You can keep stuff pike zoas and frogspawn
