    the suck on the coral to clean it... part of the reason that corals like the clowns to host them is that the clowns do a few things for the coral: 1....

    for hamilton 14K 250 watt bulbs, the PAR is around 338, depending on your ballast... I would assume the PAR is slightly higher for 400 watt bulbs...
