For a blue bulb ATI Blue Plus, UVL 454 and Geisemann Actinic+ would be my top choices.
I would want 6500K at the lowest Kelvin rating. 10000K would be better IMO.

If it has color it most likely is still alive. Pavona is a LPS coral but it is much closer to SPS in its look.

There are many area that will not get encrusted so the effects are small.
No dwarf ceriths get to about 3/4" and the floridas get to 2". Definitely go with the suggestion, John knows his stuff quite well and you will not...
How much flow through the area? List your parameters please.
