    4-MDQX-SC is the one I would get. I have used these and they are quiet and can move a lot of water. Plus it's only $14 more Little Giant 'Quarium...

    I run it 24/7 with no problems. Actually my wife tells me when it needs changed cause she can smell the water again.. :)

    What's the sense in buying "Live Rock"

    If you want to pay top $$$$ for it then by all means do it. You can get just standard base rock and it will become "live" after being in your tank....
