    Why not just drill the acrylic tanks and use standard bulkheads and PVC to connect them. I wouldn't recommend it the way you're planning it out.

    Not once it hardens, it is just like any plastic. People use it all the time for epoxying rocks together and stuff. Even your LFS probably carries...

    How about just getting a 5 minute 2 part epoxy that you could bond virtually anything together with? It should only be a few bucks at kmart, walmart...
