What order are your bulbs in from front to back?
Last I knew it was the Aquablue Special. I don't think they ever had a 6K though. Geisemann has 6K and 11K bulbs still I believe.
I found it to be rather white compared to a blue plus. Maybe they have changed the formula?
10-12k and mixes to a bright white with other bulbs.
If it is too blue for you use an Aquablue Special instead of a Coral Plus. FWIW I used 2 Coral Plus and 2 Blue Plus on my tank. I alternated bulbs...

Make sure and buy a sturdy tripod not a plastic big box store model. Make sure it can handle the weight of your camera with lens and a speedlight....
Look into refurbished and used cameras to lower the cost of purchase. I suggest getting a 100mm macro lens or longer as it will give you more...
