    It does have a drain and it is hooked up. If I setup the foam it is to stable as is and if I set it wetter the skimate just comes out pointless...

    I think I might get a new skimmer. I can't say the Coralife 125 isn't trying but I would like to get more of the foam in the cup not on the floor....

    It doesn't matter how clean you keep it wet dry make nitrate and that can help to drive the algae. How deep is the sandbed?
