    I don't think it is a fungia, they have ridges running from the mouth to the edges. A larger photo would help.

    Interesting info. I know Regals are actually considered to be planktivores as opposed to herbivores.

    He may be adding at the rate listed on the salt container. It usually seems to mix at 1.021SG or so from the package directions.
