    Get a Blue Tang if you want. It will do fine for couple years in a 60 gallon. Just be sure to pick out a healthy one and don't freak out if breaks...

    You shouldn't do more than a 1"-2" sand bed. Your skimmer will help with the de-nitrification, and a DSB can be a can of worms.
