    Yes, it may try to perch on the feather duster but as far as I know Hawkfish are mainly predatory towards inverts such as shrimp.

    Nitrates of 10 would not make me bat an eye. Your tank is obviously thriving, I do not see a lot of algae growth. Is there any algae growth at all?

    Bring the mag up to 1350. You posted phos, how about nitrates? Par and flow sound right so a lower mag level is the only thing that stands out.
