    I would get a heater and set it at 78-80. Buy a small clip on fan from wal-mart and blow it over the water when the ac is off and the temp starts...

    You don't HAVE to put any LR in a tank. You can use all base rock if you want. Then start your tank with a peice of shrimp or a yellow tail damsel...
