    A yellow tail damsel will almost always survive the cycle from what I have seen. Myself and Kogle cycled with false percs and they survived...

    whats the soonest i can mix and put in saltwater

    I always wait overnight. If it is a 911 emergency then shorter could work. The salt has to mix in well before it should be added.
