    Actinics have about 40% of the PAR of ATI's othr bulbs. This is also a softies tank and generally will not need as much PAR.

    I would suggest at least one ati blue plus. If you want to use actinic for the rest it should be fine.

    Take a look at the claws of an Emerald crab, if the claws don't look like the tips of the Emerald then it is generally not reef safe.
