    Yes you should be able to keep whatever you want. Just change the bulbs that come with it after 3 to 6 months and replace with ATI, Geisemann or UVL...

    One type of polyp not growing.

    Polyps are weird. You may never get any eal growth on the second one in the current tank but move it to another one and it will explode in growth.

    Thank you, yes it is foam to keep the snails from getting into the pumps. It is from Vortech and comes with the pumps.
