    Hard to say, some times they just do that. Might be a change in any parameter.

    Need help deciding where to clue my frags

    Mushroom, zoas and favia move to the low rocks, trumpet and frogspawn I would leave on the sand maybe move to low rock.

    clear flat worm good or bad?

    The little shrimp will most likely get no larger and your pump won't do much if any damage to the pods.
