Iwagumi is very hard because of its perfectionist element. Low tech is difficult because you are so limited in your plant choices.

Mushroom, zoas and favia move to the low rocks, trumpet and frogspawn I would leave on the sand maybe move to low rock.

The little shrimp will most likely get no larger and your pump won't do much if any damage to the pods.
