    My biological filtration is affected since i do some changes in the decoration ???

    The oils from your skin cause the skimmer to stop producing bubbles for a while. Your nitrites went up because of detritus you stirred up.

    I would say yes since the direction output direction should change when your gyre direction changes.

    Vortex Flow Accelerator Return Anti-siphon

    Drill a couple of 3/16" anti-siphon holes 1/4" below surface level. This should make it easier on the mind in a power outage.
