    MH or T5s?

    I would go MH with that depth. You could probably get away with a 6 bulb T5 but it will still put some limits on what you can have lower in the tank.

    I wouldn't risk it for the price of a powerhead. Plastic soaks up copper and could leach it into your invert filled tank later.
