    What the heck is this?

    is it the clams tendons it used to hold on to that area (forgot the name for it)? thats my best guess or its some kinda of algae the clam blocked out.

    why not just start doing massive water changes (30%-40%) every week to rid your tank of the tap water. either way good luck
