    Your tank is a FOWLR? If so, you dont really need to dose anything. The corals require different chemicals to be able to thrive and come out more....

    I would say brine, but they are tanny in color and have a tail! I just love seeing those little bastards running around my rock. :tongue4:

    Sounds like pods to me. Now that I have a mandarin, I wish I had more. ;) They are harmless and feed on macro algae and other stuff.

    A pre-filter is a filter before the main filtration. You can put it in the sump, it would be the best bet and that's where the problem is, no?
