That 100 gallon tank would be for the first week. It would be better off in a 240 gallon minimum.
That's is about your only option. T5 go down to 18" length only. You should be able to squeeze a few over the nano.

You could try boosting your magnesium level, supposedly has a lot to do with alk stability, might help with pH stability? Try airing out the room...
As shallow as the tank is and as close to the water line the clam is there should be a fighting chance. The addition of a 10KK only bulb would help...

You will want a T5HO fixture. The one you are looking at is normal output. A 48" T5HO fixture has 54 watts per bulb. Actinics are nice but put out...
T5 are 5/8", T8 are 1" and T12 are 1.5".
