    I agree with evolved on this. The black out method worked for me with dinos. Flukes you can put the fish in a QT and treat it that way.

    Just remove it to be safe. Could be anything from a Stomatella snail, safe, to a nudibranch.

    I think you will be fine using the current set up and using poret to filter and be your biological filtration. You can always get a canister filter...

    I had Amazon Swords and Rotala rotundifolia are all that I remember. If you don't want to use CO2 you can use Seachem Excel quite successfully also....

    You are pretty well correct in most cases, especially with intense lighting. You can do fine with low light levels and have minimal fertilization...
