    +1 to overkill... As I mentioned, it will grow under almost anything. So like he said, a cheap light will work fine. LED will definitely last...

    Either bulb will work, 5000k will cause it to grow like crazy IMO. I would say the 6500k will keep a good balance of growth and filtration....

    Definitely need some fans, that temp is too high IMO. That combined with nitrates/phosphates could cause some algae issues.
