    Yup the stripper works well too but stinks...80 grit sandpaper is fine just remaove all of it to get an even finish.

    Once the polyurethane is removed you can stain any color that is darker than what you have. The minwax water basd stain and poly in one is a great...

    In order for the new stain to penetrate the wood the clear coat needs to be removed.

    I think the flow is good. I'm running a danner mag 24 :) Its in the sump in the basement and runs through the floor to the DT. and 2 koralia...

    I have a serious outbreak of cyano. It is mostly on the sand and on one rock. I manually removed most of it over the weekend but it is coming back....

    Alright. I got my new sump from ORCA (3613) and Danner pump 24. I know both are rather large for my 75 but I plan on manifolding off for reactors...
