Just a thought, but if it is wood couldn't you just buy a strong tie of some sort from lowes to support it temporary until you find a more permanent solution?

Is that one of the center braces or the outside brace?

It has two braces. It's the one on the right side.

Is this just the plastic top brace? These provide some level of tensile support in the center of the tank to take some of the stress off the seams when the tank is filled. However, this is not a critical issue that demands a new tank.

Can you get a pic of the entire brace and how it connects to the outer frame?

    Is it all plastic?

If so, I'd go to a local plastic shop and get two pieces of the same type of plastic along with some good adhesive for it. The two pieces should be able to fit inside the tank. Then glue one piece to the top and one to the bottom of the piece that's cracked. This will give you solid tensile qualities that the brace needs.

Could you get a small wood/metal dowel rod and either glue or weld it into place? It looks like you could fit something on the bottom side of it with little to no problems at all.
