    is this the second smallest tank on 3reef? shurly someone has a smaller one. like .5 gallons?

    just to farther this experiment. i will useee my tap water (well water) for water changes on this mini system. no inverts or fish are in it nor they will be if i continue to use this water. i think it would be a good teaching tool to show why it is unadvisable to use this kind of water on reef tanks of any sort. ill keep you all up to date.

    I use tap in my FOWLR. While I haven't seen any ill effects, I wouldn't do it in a reef. lol

    yea i have well water. this stuf is cloudy when we drink it lol i wanna test the TDS on it so bad lol

    not yet. my RO/DI filter is on its way. after i get that payed off i get hte TDS meter. ill get a pic of it for you lol

    thats what i think sometimes lol it smells funny too. im just glad i never used it for any other tanks.
