    yes I agree,I had a power blue tang that never ate my coral but I watched one eat a whole group of zoas in a lfs I had a copper band that ate one of my lps its are to say whats reef safe sometimes

    AFAIK Tuxedo Urchins are "reef safe". I currently have a blue in my 55 mixed reef. Although they will knock off any "loose" corals, so I guess they are not perfect either LOL.

    my plan is to keep urchins in fuge after the algae in my DT is cleared, thats why im going for 2 in 20g DT. will that be ok? my fuge has loads of algae...

    I don't think so, 2 urchins in a 20g will plow thru that algae and then need target feeding. IMO

    But man, you are plowing thru tanks and livestock, is this another new build?

    Yes, but will you have any fish? No fish will take away from a DT to the common bystander.

    Don't put 2 urchins in a 20g tank. They will starve to death or you will pollute your water trying to keep them from starving. A few snails and some patience would be a much better idea ;)
