Havent updated my build thread for a while so I will give a quick rundown of whats going on. I finished getting the baffles installed in my sump and have tested with water and flows just like I wanted it too. No overflows when the power shuts off, and the adjustability I have with the return and the standpipe in the overflow is great. The standpipe is nice and quiet and seems to work well. I used the other bulkhead hole for an overflow emergency drain if the level gets too high for some reason and it worked great. I made a diy filter sock holder that works really well also. I would post some pictures but my wife went to visit some family and took the camera with her. When she returns Sunday I will try to get some pics up. Pretty much all I need now is 60# of sand, I am also going to reuse my old sand after a thorough cleaning process which is going to be boil it for 15 mins, and then dry it in a 200 degree oven , then let it cool down. I have used this process a number of times with my sand and it works pretty good. And I also need lights. I keep looking for a good deal on a used T5 set up 48" minimum but may end up going and making my own so I can set them up how I want.

Here are a few updated pics of where I am at on my build. I figure a few more weeks and I will be done and ready to move it into the house.

I still need to get the canopy finished, buy my lighting and sand. As far as getting it in the house, it will fit thru the door. It is only 18" wide.
