Sounds like you are half way there. I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures of the completed project. I just got mine sump/fuge set-up and it is working flawlessly so far (thanks reefers). If you want to review my build you can look in here...

Not everything in there will apply to your particular set-up, but you may draw some wisdom from the help I received. Good luck.

I gave you a simple answer first I asked do you have a sump ? I needed to know that and if you did have a sump then the refugium needs to drain into the sump .. I could not tell what all you where using from your post except that you did not want to drill holes in your tank..

If the main tank is not drilled , then if you use a sump , then to supply the sump with a non drilled tank you have to use a HOB overflow type box.. Then if thats what you supply the sump with then you have to use another one to drain the water from the refugium to the sump then the main pump at the sump will send all the water back up to the main tank . And the small trickle of the fuges water will also be sent back up ..The fuge is fed off the drain line from the main tank to the sump.. But as mentioned the search button would open up tons of how to do a refugium infomation. Everyone is just to sensitive these days .
Damn if you do and damned if you don't I quit trying .
