    Hi, it's been awhile, how is everyone? I've been jonesing ever since my mantis died and I let the macros crash in my 2.5gl. So, I had to start up a new macro 'scape. Hope you like -J

    110 gallons (48 x 18 x 30)

    Ocean Clear 325, Blueline HD 40, Koralia 2

    4 x 54w Tek Light, 6500k

    Green Chromis, Firefish Goby, Neon Blue Goby, Dwarf Cherub Angelfish

    Zoanthids, Ricordea florida, Purple Gorgonian (died, replaced today with orange Montipora), Anemones

    Shoal grass, paddle grass, various macroalgae

    Really well done tank, I like that it's simple and minimalistic. The cherub angel is great looking too.

    Jake, that's a purple photosynthetic gorgonian from the Gulf, I actually added that a little too soon while the tank was still in a heavy algae phase, smothered it and killed it. Once things balance out some more I may try again. The red is a Halymenia species of macro called Dragon's Tongue. Thanks for looking. :)

    GuitarMan, thanks! Love the nuclear alien thingamajig in your avatar, just saw that at my buddy's house today, forget what he called it but they're awesome. I want I want! :eek:

    wow. the tank didnt even look big enough to be a 110 gal either. i was quite amazed at how nice it looked with macro algae too!

    You mean the coral? It's a sunset montipora, one of my favorites.
