Still working on the room (mudding/sanding) at the moment.. hope to start painting this weekend.

In the meanwhile.. Tried to get a feel of what type of fish I want to add once the tank is setup.

This is what I've come up with

    (3) Black & White Chromis (Chromis margaritifer)
    (1) Sailfin/Algae Blenny (Salarias fasciatus)
    (1) Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse (Paracheilinus carpenteri)
    (2) Black & White Ocellaris Clownfish - Tank-Bred (Amphiprion ocellaris var.)
    (1) Powder Blue Tang (Acanthurus leucosternon)
    (3) Lyretail Anthias (Pseudanthias squamipinnis)

    Any feedback? concerns? Suggestions?

I want to have fish that are not too aggressive and will work well in a mixed reef (zoanthids/SPS/LPS)

What would be a good order to add them in ?

Thank you for those comments! I may just decide to skip the Anthias and add a few more Chromis', they do school... usually.. that could be interesting!

So where we stand now.. I would:

    1. Add Flasher Wrasse first.
    2. Find a 2nd reef-safe wrasse, add second.
    3. add 2 Occellaris Clownfish
    4. Add group of Chromis (5-6)
    5. add Tang
    6. add blenny when ready

of course, the above over the course of multiple months :)

Yeah, Chromis need to be fed all day too. Go ahead, get a bunch of Chromis, and watch as they slowly pick each other off one by one. I went from 7 to 3 in a couple months, added 4 more. A year later I was down to 3 again, 2 that would swim together, and one outcast that was not allowed into the water column. I lost my last one a couple months ago. From 11 to zero in under 2.5 years. Go with the Anthias. I've heard similar stories with certain Anthias, but not Lyretails.

didn't know that..but that does explain the lack of chromis in later pictures of Ricky's thread! I honestly do not have time to feed anything more than once a day, unfortunately. Will Anthias be OK with that?

I may be somewhat off here, but I don't believe everyone with Anthias feeds them several times a day.. just seems like a very inconvenient thing to do considering many (most) people do have jobs.. Either way, if I am wrong, I do not want to get any type of fish that I cannot take care of properly... I have had reef tanks in the past and never really lost a fish before due to negligence, would hate to start that this late in the game..

I'm sure people do keep them successfully without multiple feedings. I don't know about long-term success however. Get a controller (or simple multi-timer), and an auto feeder. Turn off your return pump for "X" minutes, feed, turn back on. Multiple feedings, without you needing to be there.

yeah... I've always tried to stay away from those for various reasons, afraid of overfeeding really... what type of food would you feed them anyways? dry?

In the past I always fed frozen, once I got home from work
