I have a friend who's starting a new 120 Gallon tank, here's a list of the equipment chosen for the build. I want to hear everyone's opinions and suggestions on all the equipment below for a 120g build.

120g Perfecto with dual overflow boxes

    1 Vortech MP40 for now

    2 Ecotech Radion Gen2

    Tunze Osmolator Auto Top Off

2 phosban 150 reactors for Carbon & GFO

Please all input would greatly be appreciated. Or if there's anything we can get that's better.

I would go with 2 x 400 watt heaters rather than 1 x 500.....reason is that if one goes bad, you have a back up

I would only do this with a controller. Reason being is it is not uncommon for a heater to fail while on, and can cook a tank. With two heaters, now you have double the opportunity for this failure. At least with a controller you can easily shut them off on high temp.
