I picked up the 210 gallon on Thursday and it’s really heavy:eek:. It has two floating overflows on each corner and I had it drilled for 1.5 bulk head. Here’s what I purchased so far:
    120 gallon aquarium (48 x 24 x 24)
    Iwaki 70rlt
    210 gallon aquarium (84 x 24x 24)
    Aquac EV-400
    Iwaki 55rtl
    Iwaki 20rxt
I plan on buying for the 120G:
    ATI 48” 6 x 54W
    40 gallon refugium
I plan on buying for the 210G:
    Reeflo dart
    Wet/dry trickle filter
I still haven’t decided on the rest. I’m still researching on what I need.

    Update:

I have purchased a total of 160 pounds of pukani base rock. When it gains water weight (becomes live rock) it should equal 240 pound that i'll divide between both tanks. The 210 won’t have much rock I want swimming room. Ill try to use most of the rock on 120 but the rock is big and light weight. I have a Berlin type sump for the 120 it measure 36 x 16 x 16 with dual filters. I also have a 75g RO/DI 5 stage. I’m soaking the Iwaki 55/70/20 pump in vinegar. (Back case, impeller and front case)

I need help on the 210 with the filtration system. For the sump is it better to use a bio-ball type sump for a fowlr?(wet dry trickle filter)

    update

Resurrected from the dead lol I been working out of state (TEXAS). I returned home a week ago with a lot more $$$ in my pocket. Just in time to attend the “Marine Aquarium Expo”. I purchased a tek light fixture with a 48” Ice Cap LED Moonlight (blue) at the expo. I had a lot of time to research since the last time I posted. I never lost the interest in the hobby even though I never officially started lol. My goal was to have all the equipment by 2010. Its now 4/10 and I haven’t finished. I’m not in a rush and I still need to build the wall to display the aquariums side by side.
    What I have so far:
    120 gallon aquarium (48 x 24 x 24)
    Iwaki 70rlt
    210 gallon aquarium (84 x 24x 24)
    Aquac EV-400
    Iwaki 55rtl
    Iwaki 20rxt

    48” 6x54w TEK elite w/ 48” LED moon light
    Berlin style sump 36x16x16
    75g RO/DI 5 stage
200 pound of dry pukani base rock

    ???i need help???

    Hello every one,
I need help from the reef community. I need to find a protein skimmer for my 120 gallon reef tank. I will be using a separate tank for my refugium. I was thinking of a 40 gallon or 20 gallon for refugium. I want to use a calcium reactor. The reef will be a mix reef %60 SPS. For my 200 gallon I need a filtration system.
    My questions are:
    Reef
What skimmer and calcium reactor work well together?
Power head that is will work well in a 4x2x2?
Refugium size 20 or 40 gallon? Does size make matter?
    FOWLR
    Filtration system?
    pix will be coming soon!!!

Are you going to put the tanks side by side or in an L-shape? Side by side would measure out 11' x 2' x 2' WOW that would be insane and awesome at the same time! I can't wait to see this build. Are you planing on drilling holes in the back of the tank for returns? I'd like to see pics or a video of that. I had a peninsula 65g with a blue acrylic background and over flow. You could put a blue background on the tank with a product called Sea View. I did that in black to my 120 and then to my 210 that I have now but the reverse side was blue. Here's some pics.
