    Been a bit since i updated this diary, but not much to add besides the tank cycling. Presently, it's in the Nitrite -> Nitrate stages, so still a ways to go unfortunately. Maybe I should of just got cured rock! =/ The skimmer is working good at least, well when it works...still having problems with the proper water level, otherwise it sort of just does nothing. Oh well...the "rock" is getting whiter and whiter everyday now, so i guess things are working. Maybe by the end of the month I can add some fish, finally! Going to buy some chaetos soon to keep the Nitrates down...

    I had that same skimmer, I would recommend setting up some kind of ATO in your sump so you don't have to adjust the thing 15 times a day. if the water level fluctuates even a millimeter it would either not skim, or overflow the cup. Other than that it worked great.

    Nice looking setup so far.

    Yay!!! Cycle complete, so once i do a little water change to get nitrates down, it's fishy time! :)
