Like the setup for the sump, is that your return on the left? If so aren't you worried about having to do frequent top-ups?

I never thought about incorporating the ATO water supply into the sump. That's a good idea (assuming your sump is big enough haha).

    Looks awesome

Same here. I don't mind them, but definitely would prefer more centered.

Good points, since I was going to mention that the ATO is 5 US gallons, the refugium is 12.16 US gallons, and the remainder of the 55 US gallon tank for the skimmer dump, bubble trap, and return sections. Check out the pictures below of the finished sump. I used cell cast acrylic.

I guess you didn't see that I am including a 5 gallon ATO storage section in the sump.

The bubble trap. I was really lazy and didn't tape off the silicon until the last one. Oh well, I'm not applying for most beautiful sump award. I'd rather it not leak.

This is how I cut the teeth into the refugium wall. Hint #1: make sure you securely clamp down your stop. I didn't, and my workmanship suffered. Good thing I'm better at IT management than woodworking eh?

You probably can't see it, but I marked 1" increments on the table and moved the fence along after each cut. Simple.

Yes, that is my DIY router / table saw / drill press / builders table. Back in Oklahoma, I had a complete shop setup. Now I'm in a rental.... sigh.
