    Why do you need dividers?

because i want the water to drop into a small divider with a bunch of egg crate lined up for oxygination, and that divider will be like 2 inches or so from the bottom of the sump, and then it will flow into live rock, which will over flow into a refugium, then into the skimmer, then baffles, and then a return pump.

if it shows the foot print for the skimmer is that how much room its gunna need total so can i decided that way and just give the exact room as the skimmer says its foot print is?

Nope, that's not the way. At least put your fuge out of the line of direct flow between the incoming tank water and the sump pump back to the tank. Otherwise the fuge will have too much flow through it - the same flow as the rest of your sump, which is too much.

i have decided to go with the MSX 200 route since it suppossivly skims better then the euroreef RS180, and i know someone who has a heavily stocked very heavily stocked 180 with that, so i thought it would be good : )

You know all of this is just taking up space and doing or offering no advantages at all. The refugium should empty into the sump you can lay some rock in the sump also I do it is there for emergences if I need to set a temp isolated tank up . As for oxygenation there are better ways then what i think you have ? You release the gasses then the O2 will take their place .. Pic look good have you had any thing to die since the move to the 55 ? any problems like you where experiencing over the last few month ?
