I would run 2 20k and a 14k and a 10k. I use two 14k and a single 10k for the middle bulb. Its kind of like the 10k comes on at the brightest part of day and leaves the tank looking blue when it goes off.

I'm running two 250W 15K MH's and I love em...I only run them 3 hrs a day and the rest is supplied by natural sunlight. I love em.

I actually bought 2 14K Phoenix bulbs today...and love them. Cant wait till I can afford to get the other 2. Due to problems iwth order when I set this tank up...I purchased the 2 set of lights (2 36" Outer Orbit 250K sets) at different times. I wanted to get 250W but the store could only come up with 1 set, so the let me borrow a 150W outer orbit until the second 250 came in...which was over 2 months! And when it did come one of the bulbs was broken so they replaced the 10K bulb with a 14K bulb.

So I have anothe 2 months or so before the right set is due to be changed.

So currently I have on my left side 2 14K pheonix, then on right there is a 10K coralife and a 14K coralife! And the way I have the timers set up it kind of is like the sun coming up and down...with the 10K being in the middle of the cycle!

I do like the blue-white shimmer of these new bulbs I have..even more then the 14K coralife
