15 gallon nano build! Reef cleaner unboxing

Yea the flashing is storm! And the slower fade to blue to white is simulated cloud passing! Very neat! I just have them on one setting down from full power to white. Nice white blue color!

 

Got some more rock today. Still need a few extra peices but may just hold off till coral time comes.

Also just ordered some snails from Reef Cleaners. A buddy of mine was getting some and we just split the cost of we got. I got a 15 gallon package and ordered a few dwarf planaxis. I hope its not to early for snails but if so i do have some algea tablets i can feed them. This is one of the only weekends ill be home for awhile so i figured better get some now.

Should be ok tho! May buy 1 peice of live rock if i can find some good around here but most are covered in tons of algea that i dont want to interduce yet. (Bubble, and hair. Yuck)

tank so far! Getting water second tested today at a lfs see how much longer we need to wait!!

What are those lights called exactly, or how how I find them on the web? Are they expensive compared to just having one PAR38 bulb?

I'm new to LEDs..

 

i got 2 for 180 and a frogspawn. so like 165 you cant buy them online really. i got mine at a frag swap. only 1 person sells them in american and thats prestige reefs. theres 1 guy that sells them on ebay for 115 tho. very nice light! post pics of your 15!

 

cool I will def check them out, I am currently looking to add supplemental lighting to the T5's I have now.
