Thanks. This will be the second Achilles in the tank, but quite larger. One Powder Brown and 2 Achilles.

    Added a slightly better image.

On another note: The Reef Keeper Elite arrived this afternoon and will post photos when it's setup.

Here's some photos of the RK Elite as it came in.

    Includes:
    1 x ReefKeeper Elite Head Unit (GC1)
    2 x RKM-PC4 (total of 8 outlets)
    1 x RKM-SL1 (Inputs: pH, ORP, Temperature, 2 x Switch Ports)
    1 x Temperature probe
1 x Digital Aquatics pH probe

I purchased the controller from TB Aquatics and can't say that I'm enthused with their service. I found them to be quick to respond until your money was accepted. Not to mention, I found it after the purchase, to be $15 cheaper through Aquacave.

I'm considering adding the NET module, but only if I decide to use a wireless bridge. For those unfamiliar, here's a link as an example:

:( Please rethink your last purchase. Its a great fish and all but vie been down the road with a 8"+ achilles Regardless your tank is bigger but I personally don't think it is big enough to house two achilles. Regardless of your decisions. Beautiful fish and congrats!

Also on a side note, Achilles when they get to their full grown state like what you have just ordered. They get larger in the vertical and horizontal lengths to unlike any other fish. I had an achilles in my 120g, that was an inch and 1/4th smaller then yours he dwarfed a 120g tank. ... Just saying :\

Right on. Although, there's quite a significant difference between an aquarium that is 48"'s long versus one that is 72"'s. F&S suggest a minimum tank size, fully grown, of 180 gallons. As we know, Tangs are horizontal pacers/swimmers. The only significant difference between the 150 and 180, is the 6"'s of additional depth to the 180 (in which the 150 has an additional 5"'s in height). I've purposely allowed adequate swimming space in the DT for fish by minimizing the amount of rock.

I'm quite sure the two Achilles should be fine. Similar body shapes of 3 or more (Acanthurus). In this instance, there are two Achilles and one Powder Brown. I'll also mention that even with just the two currently in the aquarium, they truly ignore one another.

I'll post some shots once he's arrived and see what you think about his size in relation to the aquarium. I think the additional length of the 150 will aid in that appearance, tremendously.

As always, you know I appreciate your input. =)

Hopefully, I'll have time to put together the RK Elite this evening. I'll post photos.

I believe this guy may just eat the other fish. Haha. Hard to believe he's only 3 inches longer than the other Achilles. 8"'s versus 5". Even quite taller than the Naso.
