You deserve kudos for the obvious care and craftsmanship in resurrecting this tank and stand. Love the detail on the suspended canopy.

This looks to be a terrific tank in the making! Not sure if you commented as to your profession on the "what do you do for a living" thread...but I would give just about anything to have a nice tank like that in my office.

    Keep up the great work.

Thanks guys for your comments now that i have the equipment i have always wanted im ready to concentrate on my fish and corals again. I have the mangroves planted in a 8in pvc end cap with holes drilled all over in it. I would have put them in pots but for some reason i went a couple of places and they didnt even have pots any more because of the season so i decided to just make something work. As far as work goes i manage 2 businesses that my dad owns one is a mattress company and the other we sell carpet cleaning and restoration supplies for professionals so i lucked out getting to use his power for a change.;D

Very nice indeed. Lots of work that you will be grateful for down the road. You did great work. Now you just have to fill it up and let it grow. What is going to be your chemical setup?

And am I missing something.... where is the ATS?

Great build man, looks great. So if you have a 150g tank in the office, does that mean that your gonna have a 300+ tank in your home?;D

I am only going to have the one tank i have it in my office just for the fact that i do everything hands on and it helps to do feeding and your additives when u can do them anytime throughout the day. I took the ats out because it was going to make to much of a mess with that short sump so i plan on making a specialty tank that will go in the next room so that wont be a problem.

Ya I wondered about splash. I'm not at all against ATS, but could you just go with cheato for simplicity? With Mangroves being such good sponges, is it even necessary to have algae? I'm asking, not saying.
