What do people think of the 150w MH lights from fishneedit.com? I think my LFS has 3 of these units(250w version?) over a 180g mixed reef. The tank looks great and gets awesome growth.

It depends on the depth of your tank. 150W are only good to about 18" deep.

hmm...It's a 75g - so the tank is 21" deep. The sandbed will be about 2"

I guess the 250w units would only be $80 more than the 150s.

Haven't heard much, I use their 2X24W T5HO fixture on my refugium. So far so good.
