alright... I have been meaning to upload some pix of the tank progress.... I added a second inlet to the sump... this has quieted down the burping in the sump, but it does not appear to be completely gone... the piping seems to me a bit cheesy but I wanted to make it so I could tear it down when I have to move...it is also the best I could do in the tight space... I have added the salt to the water and the rock... more pix to follow

crazy green hair algae bloom! even growing on the sand!

also added a couple of chromites to encourage cycle
