 Well, I'm sure you balance her out :D

Those little nudibranchs would get sucked through our system and destroyed within a day the way our flow is set up. We've gotten a few urchins and I've been hand plucking the long strands out weekly and blasting as much detritus out of the rock and coral as possible on a daily basis. We've tried raising our magnesium levels (as was suggested on a popular thread on the subject on another forum) but that has done nothing for us but piss off the LPS corals so we're letting those levels drop back to normal for the time being.

Thanks J. One of the corals that I think that you're talking about is the candy cane that is next to an acan in the center of the tank. I've had that candy cane for about 10 years now and many of my club members have a piece of it as well as it's a really good grower. The candy cane and the acan are two of the few lps corals that has done well regardless of the troubles that we've had with the tank. So far, we've only only lost one small blasto colony as a result of keeping our mag and ph up so high.

Once it is sucked in and chopped up by that 11k gph Dolphin pump it will just be little pieces of food to the rest of the fish. ;)

Yes well last week or so I was so temped to pour a few gallons of Bleach into it then just start over.. Then after a few hrs I decided to take another course of action on the byropis . We'll see and film at eleven.. I still kick my butt for not just tossing out that one coral and rock when I thought about it..
