Seems to be that many are trying to help with the whole filteration system and the over health and ease of tank use here. just people trying to help a fellow tank owner out. I think many here think the benifets of advise are helping this person out with setting up ease of use not just the best skimmer.

Out of the 3, Eshopps is going to be your best bet IMO. I use a PSK-100h on my system and it's more than enough.

Thank you all so much for you input! It has helped a lot! I'm really happy I found this forum and it is going to be my #1 spot for tank info for now on;D. I do a 10 gal water change once every 12-14 days or so. Should I be changing more?? Also the bubble catcher was mentioned for the aqua c....is that a add on to the skimmer or does it come with it?

yea, I use an eshopps PSK-300, it's a large skimmer and works well.

basically eshopps is a texas company that largely makes knock offs of highend skimmers, they have several that would suite your needs. I also like the coralife skimmers, when set up correctly they work like crazy, and are very quiet IMHO.

If you can afford it- Pacfic Marine, or the like are the best of the best- Beckett skimers are a no holds bared skimmer, and work as rated- usually, they can be a little noisey tho..

you ever consider looking into a SWC cone skimmer...
they have basically lower pricing then the reef octopus's and does a hell of a great job...
