1st Quarter HS report card

Way to be an asshat. did you even read what I wrote?

 

Dude sorry that came across wrong, I was joking with ya. I have read everything you wrote and even defended ya. and agree it was messed up.

Again sorry it didn't come out as a joke like I intended.

 

ehh no problem its fine... just kinda pissed off since there was an honors assembly todays and i didnt get what i was expecting. imo they shouldnt have it because just as there were smarter kids then me i felt like crap XD and im not stupid

 

it can be hard dealing with school, enjoy it as best you can and don't stress over grades. you will have all your life to worry and stress about things.....SW tanks, corals, fish etc.... the real important stuff.

 

I wouldn't worry about it. High school is far from what determines if you are smart or not. Grades in high school really don't mean that much. You will look back on this and laugh about it.

 

?????? Are you serious? Don't I need good grades to get into a good college? God because of this report card im starting to get worried about my future........

 

Just wait until you have to take a college biology course... For me i though i would become more intelligent, all that really happens i think is the "what you have no clue about" area expands about 10 fold. Pay attention on high school though, if you take the right classes it really helps lay out a basis for the future. You can really see the difference when your in a class with someone who never had a bio or chem class in high school. They are REALLY clueless ha ha.

 

lol well I do pay attention but it's not that I didn't do well, it's that MY TEACHER F***ED UP MY GRADE! that quiz shouldnt have affected me so much, its soooo unfair

 

You may think high school grades have a huge factor on what you want to do after, such as school... But i screwed around a ton in high school and graduated with a 3.4 i believe with only a 24 on the ACT and i got accepted to every school i applied for. They were all 4 year University of Wisconsin colleges as well. Trust me, i wouldn't worry about a b+...

 

Colleges rarely look at your grades for admission. That is far down the list. SAT and ACT are the tests that basically determine that. As long as you have a decent GPA they will just look at those scores. I only took the ACT because that is what Ohio uses but believe the SAT is for most of the states. And your a freshman. I am in no means advocating anything bad, but have fun do some stupid things you are in high school. These are the times that you will want to look back at as an awesome time. Don't waste to much valuable time that isn't needed. My GPA was higher in college than high school. And I partied a lot more in college.
