I have a Hoeven's wrasse from the same genus... it doesn't bother my snails or shrimp. It is well fed along with all my other fish, though... it eats almost any food I put in the tank, even nori off the clip!

Okay, I would say nay, just because the Flame is established and will kick the other out of its territory. Here are a few tips I learned from Coppolino just in case:
    1. QT the Bi-color for a bit for it to recover, a strong fish can fight back
    2. Don't use the dump and hope method, give your fish the best possible chance
    3. Make sure the Bi-color is healthy
    4. Move the rockwork in your tank before adding the fish, this will upset territories and give the new fish a chance to stake out it's own
    Good Luck!
